Lee and Ramy are Lyburnum, just this past Summer they toured with Ten Thousand Leagues along the West Coast. Its pretty sweet that Ramy is keeping himself busy and playing drums in another band. Lee is a pretty sweet dude too, I met him when they were in town earlier this year but finally was able to connect with him this last time I saw them. We love graphic novels/comics/whatever. He recommended Prophet to me and coincidentally, when I went to this thrift store by my house I found the first issue and now Im curious as to what happens to John Prophet. Enough nerd banter, listen to Lyburnum and read Prophet.

Summer Vacation at The Blood Orange Info Shop in Riverside, CA on 11.08.12, w/Moxiebeat, Ed Hochuli and Lyburnum.

Summer Vacation, they are so fun. The Condition LP is really good and I just found out they did a split with Hardgirls? I love seeing this band, I was really bummed I missed out on seeing them when they played the Fusion Cafe in Seattle, the show was over by the time I arrived(fuckyouwork).

My favorite memory of them was seeing them for the first time at the Warehouse 12th & G in Chino, they played really well that one time... you 'member right? I actually have photos of that and would like to post them, can I come over and use your scanner? Im watching this video right now and the material hecklers come up with these days lacks in originality, fuck you too Adam Sandler. ANYWAY, Aaron wore a Gumby costume once at the Warehouse. That was tite.

This is Moxiebeat, the loudest fucking band to come out of Riverside. This band has members of Rogue State, Dogs of Ire and I believe Restrained. I saw them once before in June when they played with Ten Thousand Leagues and La Bella for my friend's benefit show. Moxiebeat is definitely one my new favorite bands, every song is good and every time they play theyre always on point. I hope they tour soon cause goddamn... goddamn. Sorry about the sound quality but refer to the opening sentence of this post.
