Uhhh definitely da3. :D I MADE A NEW FRIEND THE OTHER DAY and he came over to my house and we literally sat at my desk and watched dragon age inquisition trailers/demos for like... like... six hours straight

THIS IS SO HARD. like. season 1 veronica mars is perfect, but the rest of the seasons have some serious issues. like, issues i hate. chuck is my DARLING, but also has problems. so i guess..?? iDK

TALK TO ME ABOUT KALEB AND SAHARA 10 YEARS DOWN THE ROAD

wow Megan I see you’re like not pulling any punches at all. excuse the like mess this is going to be. 

So I have two very dear headcanons to me for these two. One that they get a dog b/c who doesn’t want a dog and it’ll be nice actually for when Sahara is at home alone sometimes (when not at classes or like visiting family in CA/when he’s at the Moscow office b/c yes Kaleb you have to actually go to work sometimes, you can’t have Silver reschedule everything; this is prior to when he becomes like the best stay at home dad, but I digress). BUT ANYWAY, they get Judd puppy, because Kaleb is the asshole that would think it’s funny to name a dog after his bff and he sees it as a perfectly acceptable name, I mean Judd is the ideal after all to him. 

The other is that they adopt a baby, b/c I don’t think he will relent on wanting to pass on his own abilities/genetics, and actually she could also be leery of passing on hers and her families b/c that’s not an easy ability to have tbh. And I think out of all the main series couples, these two know exactly what not to do ever. Not that raising a child is easy, but both know crucially how their race fucks up with children and all the children that will still be unwanted (any with Arrow like abilities or empaths also b/c the Psy race isn’t going to change overnight at all). So adopting is v. close to me for them. And then they have the bb empath princess, who comes along in about you know, probably 4-5 years from now where we are in the series. 

Outside of that, I think in ten years over the course of that I want these two to desperately get time for themselves. They had seven years stolen from them brutally in the worst ways possibly. Yes, these two are the ideal image for the Psy race right now. Yes, they likely will always be the model going forward. And I think both will accept that and do what they can; both say over and over again they want things to be different for their race going forward and agree things cannot be how they were. 

But I want them to have time for themselves too! So in ten years I want them stealing back those years they lost. Learning what they like and don’t like. Having nightmares and waking up with the other one there. You don’t get over the abuse they both went through, but you can be together and help the other. Sahara gets back into her dance lessons and language classes, in addition to helping out the Empaths! Kaleb learns real food. Don’t try and tell me they don’t do double dates with Brenna and Judd. They have sex everywhere and have to remodel the house many times over. Family dinners that are awkward! Kaleb is the most awkward on purpose because he finds it funny! We eventually get to a point where Kaleb is okay with like people liking him because he realizes he’s not terrible and it’s okay and all that he’s been conditioned out of feeling is okay! Sahara finally gets her charm on her bracelet. Also all the awkward Arrow things. b/cs now they're sort of friends. 

Oh yeah they totally get married. Which I actually said prior to bk 13 that Psy probably used to get married, and wouldn’t it be great/grand if they got married as a way to be a symbol also for the rest of their race. 

So yeah no they get married. 

Wow this is a lot. This is gross. I’m gonna go be emotional now.
