Okay so I was wondering, I really didn't want to bother you but...how do you approach writing Annie? I mean like her perspective? What do you envision going through her mind when she thinks or acts on anything? I'm sorry if this is such a stupid question =.= (Also, OUR BASTILLE INSPIRED FIC HAS LEFT ME WITH SO MUCH EMOTIONS I DON'T THINK I CAN RECOVER D:)
Oh my god, no, it's NOT a stupid question and NEVER feel like you're bothering me babbu u__u (also I'm hella flattered).
But, when I write Annie, I guess I try and go for making her...quiet? I guess? Like, it also depends on the situation. Like, if I was writing regular SNK universe, I'd make her quiet because I can see her being like "i shouldn't get close to anyone" and her father telling her "the world is the enemy" or whatever. (But that's just my interpretation).
I don't know. I just kind of interpret her as this secretive character who, at some point, wouldn't have minded being a talkative and interactive kid, but grew up to sort of close herself off and make herself into an outsider.
I hope that helped! XD I'm bad at explaining things, so.
(and also, this fella is writing stuff for that bastille song au and im, like, HELLA pumped to read it, haha)
