𝐈𝐓'𝐒  𝐖𝐀𝐒  𝐀  𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐄𝐓 𝐌𝐎𝐑𝐍𝐈𝐍𝐆,  though  the  house  was  far  from  empty.  the  scent  of  fresh  brewed  coffee  fills  the  air  as  cool  blues  still  soft  from  sleep  take  on  a  warmth  and  fondness  reserved  only  for  his  children;  for  the  werewolf  before  him.  it  was  moments  like  these  that  the  god  cherished,  where  his  little  family  was  gathered  under  one  roof.  the  twins  tucked  away  in  bed  much  like  ava;  still  sound  asleep.

lips  twitch  around  the  rim  of  the  mug  in  his  hands,  voice  light  with  casual  amusement,  ❝  hm,  it’s  almost  as  if  i  helped  raise  you  or  something.  ❞  sometimes  when  he  looked  at  her  he  stills  sees  the  small  infant  he  held  in  his  arms.  the  bright  eyes  of  the  child  that  would  excitedly  show  him  her  latest  poem.  kenzi  might  not  have  come  from  him,  but  volk  would  like  to  think  she’s  as  much  valerie  and  kieran’s  child  as  his  own.  hands  rest  the  mug  down  on  the  table  before  he’s  standing  up  and  pressing  a  tender  kiss  to  her  forehead,  tucking  a  stray  strand  of  brown  hair  behind  her  ear  as  he’s  done  countless  times  before.

Remys sits at one of the tables during what he would consider a break as he watches the kids explore and gaze at the sea creatures. He looks at the source of the voice, eyes go wide slightly, he’s seen her and her kids prior, gaze quickly shifts and he spots the two of them with their eyes locked on some of the sea turtles. Remy nods, “Of c-course you c-can,” he smiles at her.
