A sour look crept onto Damen’s face. “Last time it wasn’t a hickey.” He pulled the second bandage a little too tight. “If I did ask, would you tell me?”
tbh I haven’t worked on this story in a while but this got me to open the document again and look at it with fresh eyes which might be just what I needed to get back into it—so thank you! 💙
