💙 In Memoriam: Lyle Conway (2026) 💙

Lyle Conway has slipped the surly bonds & gone off into the great beyond, leaving behind a reel of wonders & a proper legacy to make the industry go quiet for a tick. The chap lent pulse, bite, & brazen personality to Audrey II in ‘Little Shop of Horrors’, conjuring that carnivorous marvel with the sort of craft that feels half workshop, half witchery. His handiwork also glimmers through ‘The Dark Crystal’, ‘Clash of the Titans’, ‘Return to Oz’, & a constellation of other screen oddities, each bearing the mark of a mind that could make the unreal feel downright present.

A true luminary,
