Family: Mother and an unknown twin brother. 

History: Lyle has been raised solely by his mother his whole life, only knowing his father through the nasty remarks about him during the moments his mother chose to talk about him, usually whenever Lyle did something that does not fit her idea of how he should act, blaming his father for any shortcomings. Lyle also has a twin brother, though he has no idea as each parent was given one twin when they separated and his mother has removed any trace of his twin brother in their household. 

The Investigator

Name: Adara Zervos

Place of Birth: Athens, Greece

Type: 5 - The Investigator

Gender: Female

Weapons: Staff that can turn into a spear. 

Family: Mother, father, and two younger sisters, one fifteen and one ten. 

History: Adara was leaving school with her best friend, Vita, when the first attack hit. Because she had turned back to retrieve a textbook she had forgotten inside, Adara ended up uninjured other than a couple of cuts and bruises, however, Vita was killed. Though her family was unharmed throughout the past ten years, Adara has been wholly focused on fighting and stopping the aliens however she can. 

The Challenger

Name: Zilya Pavlovskaya 

Age: 15

Place of Birth: Moscow, Russia

Type: 8 - The Challenger

Gender: Female

Weapons: Shashka sword (Russian long sword with a slightly curved blade)

Family: A mother and a father, both killed in the attacks.

History: When Zilya was seven, an attack hit her neighborhood. Her parents were outside while she was inside playing, but the moment she heard the noises outside, she hid. She was alone for nearly a week, no one thinking to look for her, before she finally wandered outside where someone eventually found her and she was placed into a group home. As the years went by, she found herself hating every home she stayed in, leading to her leaving and bouncing around between the few group homes left whenever she grew uncomfortable with the one she was in.
