Efficient Time Management
During quarantine, I spend a lot of time on Lynda dot com. One of the course, I found really helpful is “Efficient Time Management.” I jotted down some notes, to keep.
So, what are repeating time wasters?
A task you can have schedule on autopilot. An alarm clock is a good example.
Looking for things. Put things in the same place.
You want to have a reliable foundation. This includes:
computer
phone
car
You only have 24 hours a day, and 8-9 hours you are asleep. The key is “Don’t tolerate anything inefficient or unreliable.”
