Neil Josten has everything he could have ever wanted: a permanent name, a job, a cat, and a favorite treadmill at the local gym. His life is good now that he's safe, albeit a bit boring. When a competitive stranger keeps challenging Neil to race him at the gym, Neil thinks it will be good training experience and maybe the start of a friendship. What he doesn't expect to get from the experience is the attention of his competitor's friend, a sarcastic asshole with arms that could crush a watermelon like a grape. Neil doesn't know what to make of these guys, but he knows he looks forward to his gym days a little more than usual.
