The Rageful Ones
He could hear them all practicing from all the way across the base. The sounds of sparring and running echoed inside the large building, traveled all the way down the hallways. There were plenty of rooms that were soundproof, but Bruce wasn’t standing in any of them. He seldom participated in any of the training sessions, and when he did, it usually wasn’t one of the sessions that took place indoors.
Deciding to look in on the session, he walked down the hallway towards the noises. He heard a few more voices than usual, and raised a brow in response. Occasionally the X-Men came by to train with some of the Avengers, but he didn’t know that they were stopping by today in particular. He rarely spoke to any of them, but figured that he might as well stop by. There was no harm in making a few new friends.
As he entered the room, he glanced over to the various X-Men. The training session appeared to be just ending, since the teams were no longer sparring- just talking. Steve Rogers still seemed to be coaching a few of the younger X-Men, and appeared occupied. Unsure if he wanted to approach anyone just yet, Bruce settled for standing by the door with hands in his pockets.
