actually now that i think abt it all of the prophecy kids + menunde are like. inversions of the normal associations with their elemental powers

kieye, the fire user, is calm, level-headed, and flexible

asch, the water user, is brittle, emotional, and uncompromising

lyrafa, the earth user is flitty, airheaded, and unpredictable

menunde, the plants user, kills people

thinking about my ocs (specificially the folks from class of the end of the world) as genshin characters is really funny because they absolutely do Not fit the visions that line up with their respective elements (or at least my interpretations). like

- ascherath is like, the furthest possible from a position of authority (hydro)

- pyridir is Not an outcast and his greatest strength is def not his greatest weakness. (cryo)

- kieye isnt nearly driven enough to be a pyro user, and he’s def too much of a rules guy to count

- menunde is too well rounded to be a min-maxed dendro user

- lyrafa? principled? lol (geo)

tbh kyonri and gallum fit theirs the most. like kyonri “abandoned by his village for being a target of the military” lastname would def be an anemo user just look at those relationship issues. and gallum is a very dedicated guy all around. tho tbf i think it would fit his arc a lot more to not be a vision holder at all
