❛ ... 𝐧𝐨𝐨𝐨𝐨𝐨𝐨𝐨𝐨. ❜ the word was drawn out even longer the second time around as josiah worked to cross his arms across his chest and rotate his body in a way that delaney wouldn’t be able to see it head on once he came out of the room. he had a habit of stealing the other’s clothes. a habit he’d picked up VERY early on in their relationship. who could blame him, though? not only did delaney seem to have the most unnaturally comfortable hoodies in his collection, but stealing the clothing meant that when the other male left for tour, there was always SOMETHING left behind for him to embrace. it helped a lot. the insane amount of attachment that the teacher had come to feel for the guitarist was ... well it was heartbreaking when the other left. those times had become some of the loneliest and MISERABLE times in recent memory. so if it took thinning out delaney’s closet a little bit to help him get any sort of REAL sleep while he was gone? well, so be it.
❛ look at it this way, that’s one less thing you have to shove in your suitcases. i just saved you some space. and weight. you’re welcome. ❜ a smile pulls across josiah’s lips as he finally turns back around to face the other — arms unwrap from his chest, extending out to the side as he takes a moment to look down at the hoodie that he was supporting. ❛ as the kids in my class would say : finders keepers, losers weepers. it’s mine now, you CAN’T have it back. ❜ he finally looks up at the guitarist, eyebrows lifting almost in defiance as he lets his arms slap against his side. ❛ you’ll have to peel it off me. and i just don’t see that happening. ❜
