Torcon was fantastic!!! I wasn't going to go, as I just got back from dallascon, but I decided to take the three hour drive and spend a little bit of money do the Sunday panel. I ended up bidding on both m&g for Jensen and Jared AND WON. So, torcon was already going to become one of those memories that I'll keep forever. I'll probably never be able to do both m&g's again; and knowing that just made this experience that more special. I went to this convention totally alone. No service on my phone (since I'm a cheap American) and very rare wifi. This was the convention that battled my social anxiety, it battled my inherent need to wallflower through. It battled my lack of confidence. And I WON. I asked questions to both J's. I had some ops done with both J's. I enjoyed myself so much, I'm going alone again next year. :) Supernatural continues to change my life in so many ways. I'm so proud to be a fan, but most of all...I'm GRATEFUL.
