Don’t worry, it’s not the CDC showing up on your front door it’s just your local home inspector. For those wondering if home inspections are still happening during the COVID19 pandemic, yes they are! Currently I am doing everything to protect buyers and sellers during this process by wearing a cloth mask (as recommended by the CDC) the entire time, Lysol wiping commonly touched surfaces , and asking that if homeowners have to be in the home that they choose a different floor level to be on while I do the inspection in the home. Also personally our family is taking social distancing seriously and not leaving our home or seeing others. In addition to home inspections, I am also still doing radon testing and mould testing as well. Maintaining everyone’s health and safety is my priority.
