Gonna rant now!

Excuse you?! What the actual fuck erasing the term and definition of trans is getting rid of what they feel like.

Trump administration is gonna make it possible to where if you are born a girl that's your gender mark, for cis people it's fine, they don't mind it because they don't struggle HOWEVER it is wrong to make a person not able to change their gender mark in order to be themselves.

You 👏 are 👏 not 👏 allowed 👏 to 👏 ERASE 👏 US 👏

You find a way to keep us silent but Christine Jorgansan in 1952,came out as a transwomen, this WILL happen again, if you silence us, this will happen. I. Do. Not. Care. Who. You. Are this is wrong, trans people are valid and no matter what we won't be quiet.

The Trump administration, is wrong they want to reverse time and slowly take away our rights, in LGBT+ the T is transgender, and please don't get mad at me- if they manage to take away trans rights for the people, they could reverse time even more and take away the rest of LGBT+ rights to make it so that we don't have any, the out people will probably be looked at as disgusting and things like that.

To top it all off, I wouldn't want to be here anymore, the things I've already heard about Trump being from an all Mexican family, I ALREADY don't wanna be like this.

Gay books you need to read right now:

1. Aristotle and Dante Discover the secrets of the universe

By: Benjamin Alire Saenz

Summary: great book about two Mexican boys living in El Paso who go through a bunch of shit about discovering themselves and falling in love. Literally one of my favorite books ever.

2. If I was your girl

By: Meredith Russo

Summary: This is a book I had to read for my reading Olympics team (it’s the bomb, don’t judge) and holy shit, it was great and I finished it in one night. It literally sounds so cliche and I was dreading reading it but then I realized the main character is a trans woman and it changed my entire perspective of what the story was about and it’s just great so go get it now.

3: Simon Vs The homosapiens agenda

By: Becky Albertalli

Summary: ok so I read this over a year ago but the movie (Love, Simon) is coming out soon so guess who has borrowed it from the library. Anyway it’s about this kid, Simon who has this secret email exchange with another kid, blue and they’re gay and falling in love and some shit happens and someone finds out and it’s about them trying to keep the gay a secret and trying to figure out who the other on is and there’s so much gay and so much love and it’s great and ahhh holy shit I hope the movie portrays it as well as the book!

4.The Great American Whatever

By: Tim Federle

Summary: so I just finished this and it was very emotional but very realistic which I loved. This kid, Quinn, is struggling after his sisters death and he goes to this party and low and behold, meets a guy. There are so many ups and downs in this book but it’s wonderful and worth your time.

5. One man Guy

By: Michael Barakiva

Summary: I don’t if this was actually good or good because it was gay but either way I enjoyed it. It’s about this high schooler who gets stuck in summer school and meets this bad boy type guy and they go on a bunch of crazy adventures and fall in love and it was just really cute and sweet.

6. Will Grayson, Will Grayson

By: John Green and David Leviathan

Summary: there are two boys named Will Grayson who have a weird ass night and find each other or something and one of them is gay and has a love story going on and I don’t remember what else because I read this in 7th grade but ya know John green so get reading.

7. The rest of us just live here

By: Patrick Ness

Summary: the main character isn’t gay but his best friend is and he has this entire love story going on and this book addresses a lot of deep shit like mental health and stuff. Anyway it’s about this group of kids who are normal and all the while they’re living their normal deep lives there’s this whole subplot about “indie kids” who are like fighting a monster or something. But it’s very funny and great and it was one of the first LGBTQ+ novels I ever read and it’s just a really good book.
