today’s my one year anniversary of signing up to a gym and locking the fuck in and to make it extra special i finally managed to hip thrust 100kg (220lbs) for 3x8!!! i know it’s not that much but for me it is!!!! yippee!!! next goal is my bodyweight x2 by the end of summer so 18kg (40lbs) more to go 🫡 might be unrealistic but let’s see what happens. i guess me and will are both bulking this summer 🫩

#some context: i hated working out with a passion until like three years ago when i started doing pilates at home #and then i had a phase of being really into running like two years ago #but joining a gym has been life changing! my brother is almost like a pt so he has made sure that i do everything Really Well #WHO KNEW that sticking to a routine and progressively overloading and eating your bodyweight x1.8g of protein a day and taking creatine #actually WORKS! like lmao i love science #anywayyyy i’m just feeling really proud of myself :’)#m log
