Hollina Week: day 4 Confession.

Holli returned home from her shift at Tenderloins, placing her purse on the end table. A soft song filled her ears as she made her way to the living room only to find her adopted daughter Anna-Marie fast asleep on the sofa, the end credits to a children's movie gliding across the Tv screen. Holli chuckled, tucking her daughter in with a blanket that had been draped over the back of the sofa, before softly kissing her forehead. Holli stood and turned, surveying the area for her wife. Lina was usually in the kitchen but she was no where to be seen. A noise altered Holli and the sound of heaving led Holli to their bedroom, where she found Lina head first in the toilet. Her wife turned and gave her a soft smile before puking. Holli rushed over to her, pulling Lina's long hair up and rubbing her back. Lina groaned as she wiped her mouth with the back of her arm. "Ya got the flu or something babe?" Holli asked as she picked Lina up of the floor. "Not exactly, actually I've been sick a few weeks. I've just been hiding it from you..." Holli sat Lina on the counter top, looking at her puzzled before asking "Why?" . Lina hopped down before going to her vanity, pulling out her jewelry box she opened the little drawer and pulled out a plastic stick. "Let's go in the bedroom, I have a confession." Lina said as she led her wife to their bed. They sat and Lina pulled out the little stick. "The IVF clinic called me two weeks ago. They said I should take an at home test and well....I'm pregnant. The treatment was successful and we are gonna have a baby!" Lina smiled wide as she handed the test to Holli. Holli slowly smiled just as wide before embracing her wife tightly. "Wait till we tell Annie!" Holli said as tears of joy slide down her face. A family. If Holli honestly confessed about wanting anything, that was all Holli ever wanted. Now she had it.
