is that jenny boyd? no, that’s just laurel parks. they were born on 20/06/1999 and are in third year at the northknot university. they live in northknot because they are a kaleb bloodline werewolf (moon valley pack). some say they’re eccentric and fun-loving, but i’ve heard others say they’re irresponsible and aloof. when you think of her, don’t you think of love at first sight, gluten free baked goods, & moodswings?

laurel eleanor parks was born on june 20, 1999, twelve minutes after her twin brother, sawyer.

no one knows she is gay, not even sawyer.

( tw: abandonment ) laurel grew up with her parents fighting all the time until her father left when she was seven years old. he tucked the twins into bad and when he thought they were asleep, he packed up his bags and drove away. laurel watched him from the window.

laurel found out she was gluten free when she was eight.

she grew up often thinking she wasn’t good enough because why else would her father leave them.

growing up, laurel was in and out of detention due to aggressive behavior and disrespect toward her professors. her mother put her into dance to try and put her aggression and energy elsewhere.

( tw: mental illness ) when she was fifteen, she got injured in a national dance competition and thought she let her teammates down. this sent her into a spirl of harsh and self critical thoughts. sawyer suggested she’d seek help and her mother helped her get into a good therapist. there she was diagnosed with bipolar depression. 

they moved to northknot later that year.

laurel was sixteen when she was on a camping trip during a full moon. that night, her mother, her twin, and her were changed into werewolves, and brought into the moon valley pack.

( tw: mental illness ) laurel had a hard time controlling her shift because of her depressive episodes, sawyer was there to help her.

( tw: death ) six months ago, laurel’s mother was attacked by what seemed like a vampire and she was killed. one of the people murdered in the string of murders that are happening in northknot.

laurel went into another spiral, and once again struggled with her shifts, it was sawyer and alexis who helped her get through it.
