In My Dreams
Verena was the definition of a party girl. She loved to drink, she loved to dance, and she loved to socialize. The loud music bounced off the walls, while sweaty bodies mingled together. She could see her brother, sitting at a bar, alone, nursing some pink drink.
She didn’t know why he came if he was just going to be a barflower.
One thing Verena liked about the clubs on Coruscant is that most of them had a outdoor lounge, quiet, more relaxed than the club. And only separated by a door.
Verena was hot. Hot, hot hot. Her clothes, and hair stuck to her sweaty skin. She glanced at her brother one more time before escaping to the outdoor lounge. The air was cooler, and less stuffy, but it did nothing to calm Verena’s body, which began to feel like it was on fire.
It wasn’t bad, but she just couldn’t figure out why she felt like this. Until she saw him. The man of her dreams. Literally. She, along with her family, and other members of her religion, have dreams of their soulmates. And he was definitely her soulmate.
Verena slowly approached him. “Hello,” she greeted.
