Collabs in and outside of commercial organizations: Interview with Marcel Schobel

What makes collaborations work? 

We recently talked with Marcel Schobel, freelance art director based in Berlin and fellow colleague of the Schmiede Network He gave us some insight on the challenges and opportunities of working in collaborative creative projects based on his experience working at M-box - a Berlin-based agency for multimedia installations, motion design & animation, in Monkeymen - a collective of motion designers / directors, and collaborating in the Schmiede Hallein, a ten-day multimedia art festival  where people get together to share, collaborate and prototype their creative ideas.
