This is really cool. Our buddies over at Evolution showed off the M1-D Thermal Pan Tilt UAV Payload at the 2014 AUVSI Show in Orlando, Florida. The M1-D with EO/IR multi sensor payload was the hit of the show. The small size made it perfect for flying on this light Quad Copter. The guys at Evolution developed a convertor to operate the M1-D UAV Payload directly from an RC controller using the FUTABA Sbus protocol. Its a really slick implementation of the M1-D and shows what can be done with our low cost, light weight thermal / visual uav gimbal platform.
