You know Jigen has said some funny stuff but Goemon is on a whole other level.

*actually threatens Jigen with CPR because mouth to mouth* - this happened at the end of the Columbus Files I swear it was a very essential plot point that we knew Jigen and Goemon have canonically locked lips together multiple times.
goemon absolutely has the most underrated lines. especially in mamo. he had the wanting to slash jigen's hat, claiming he had a bald spot and constantly pointing out lupin's masochism. also "i'll be damned if anyone's gonna lay a hand on lupin but me" it was like he finally had enough. about time. good for him.
