Gus Van Sant
Another mapo tofu. This time based on Real Deal Mapo Dofu from Serious Eats. Used veg substitute for the ground beef/chicken stock and more stock instead of the wine.
Was not as spice as I would have liked. Will add more dou ban jiang next time. Or maybe just some extra chili peppers.
