I'm not totally sure, but I suspect little Bean is a Peach Pewter (Diffused Charcoal). Since Charcoal prevents erythrin and xanthin expression, and Peach also reduces melanin slightly (but increases xanthin, which we're not seeing regardless because of the Charcoal), the resulting snake would look similar to a hypomelanistic Diffused Charcoal, which she pretty much does. Her siblings from 2022 have the same parents but were much darker and had "typical" dark Charcoal eyes.
