We never officially thanked Mac Low for being the best shift coverer we ever had. Not only did Mac help get our doors open, he provided assistance when we were extremely shorthanded with permission from Multnomah Whiskey Library [his main gig at the time]. He's now on the other side of the bar on the supplier side of our crazy business, working for Phillips Distilling, so we still see plenty of Mr. Low.
