A decadent fusion of macaroni and cheese, chili, and pizza toppings served on a bun, this Sloppy Jessica is a comfort food lover's dream come true.
Ingredients: 1 cup macaroni. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 1/2 cup milk. 1/4 cup butter. 1/4 cup all-purpose flour. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. 1 can chili 15 ounces. 1 pre-made pizza crust. 1/2 cup pizza sauce. 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese. 1/4 cup sliced black olives. 1/4 cup diced green bell pepper. 1/4 cup diced red onion. 4 hamburger buns.
Instructions: Follow the directions on the package to cook the macaroni, then drain it. Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium-low heat. Add the pepper, salt, and flour and stir until the mixture is smooth. Slowly add the milk and keep stirring until the mixture gets thick. Shred the cheddar cheese and stir it in until it melts. Add cheese sauce to cooked macaroni. Heat the chili in a different pan until it's warm all the way through. Get the oven ready by heating it up to 400F 200C. Use a baking sheet to put the pizza crust on it. Put pizza sauce on top of the crust. Cover the sauce with the mac and cheese mix. Shred mozzarella cheese, add black olives, diced bell pepper, and diced red onion on top of the warm chili. For 12 to 15 minutes, or until the cheese melts and bubbles, bake in an oven that has already been heated. For a short time, toast the hamburger buns in the oven. Put together the sandwiches by putting a lot of the pizza topping on each bun. Enjoy while hot!
