Ingredients: 4 salmon fillets 6-8 oz each. 2 lemons, thinly sliced. 2 tablespoons fresh tarragon leaves, chopped. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 2 tablespoons olive oil. Salt and black pepper to taste.
Instructions: Set the oven temperature to 375F 190C. Arrange the salmon fillets on a baking dish that has been oiled or on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. To taste, add salt and black pepper to the salmon fillets. Combine the chopped tarragon leaves and minced garlic in a small bowl. Pour some olive oil on top of the salmon fillets. Evenly cover each salmon fillet with the garlic and tarragon mixture. Put a layer of lemon slices over each fillet, making sure to cover them completely. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until a fork can easily pierce the salmon, in a preheated oven. Before serving, take it out of the oven and give it some time to rest.
