😏 Why, of course! It kinda turned more into Trevorcard trying to come to terms with what he's feeling for both Mathias and his father, I hope you don't mind 😅

Alucard held many titles. Some old, some new. He had once been Trevor Belmont, son of Gabriel, though now he was Alucard, son of Dracul. The White Wolf of Castlevania, and the protector of the needy.

But right now, he was Zobek's Lieutenant. Nameless and soulless, and its only goal was to follow Zobek's every order. And his assistant.

Zobek assistant... The beautiful man known as Mathias Cronqvist, the last of the Cronqvists within Castlevania. Whose hair was dark and shiny, and looked like silk. His skin, pale and smooth, though Alucard often worried by how sickly the man appeared at times. Maybe it had been a long time since Alucard had felt the warmth of another's touch, but he couldn't help but be attracted to the man.

There was one flaw to this. He couldn't show himself as Alucard to him. Not yet. Not while Zobek was alive and his father was still piecing together his memories.

Speaking of his father, he knew that Mathias wasn't leaving him unbothered. It made him feel territorial. Alucard had known Mathias longer, Mathias was his. But he could also smell Mathias' arousal when the human had first encountered the Prince of Darkness.

Though, seeing his father laid out with barely even that skirt on, showing those impressive legs, definitely made Alucard a little bothered. He would unpack that when Satan and Zobek were dealt with. That wasn't the issue at hand.

His father returned this arousal.

That was Alucard's issue.

Alucard couldn't explain his possessiveness over Zobek's assistant. It was a strange limbo he was stuck in, and it was leaning closer and closer to claiming Mathias as his own. So he stuck closer to Mathias when his father would return to the building, staying just in front of Mathias to tell Dracul to back off.

Dracul did not take kindly to this action, and would often growl and snark back at him. Alucard knew it was only because his father was just as lonely, if not moreso, and having someone give him some form of attention was very attractive to the elder vampire. But he also knew that if Alucard showed himself and asked his father to back off, Dracul would respect him and would. But that made something deep inside of Alucard ache, already envisioning the pained look in his father's eyes.

Mathias, on the other hand, didn't appreciate the Lieutenant suddenly being aggressively protective. He claimed that he didn't need a bodyguard. Alucard wasn't acting as his bodyguard, but he didn't expect a human to understand the instincts of a vampire. The strange situation that Alucard had found himself in. He wanted Mathias to himself, but he had this visceral, instinctual pull towards his father.

Alucard just hoped this feeling would fade once he and Dracul defeated Zobek and Satan, though something in the pit of his stomach told him this was only the beginning.
