Things are starting to slow down....
Okay, so I will be in Israel for the next two days before going home and guess what??
IT"S MY 21ST BIRTHDAY!
But I'm also sick.....damn.
Otherwise, it has been such an honor to be on a team with all of these wonderful people and athletes. They made this experience truly one I will never forget.

Time to panic.....competition starts tomorrow....
A big shout out to my chairman and teammate, Rob Fellman for competing in a multiple events and pushing me to do hammer!
As far as I have heard, there are 4 people competing in hammer and 5 in javelin (one is a teammate, so hopefully, I will be coming back with a medal!
Things are pretty slow today, but I am back to throwing the hammer!
The Chairman thinks I'll do well and possibly get a medal.
So, I'm back to four events!

Practice Update:
Looks like throwing is going well. I am having another thrower on Team USA, Jake, help me out and he thinks I am near my PR. Hopefully.... I really want to break 35 feet for shot put.
Overall, things are going well. The weight room at the hotel is not great so the team is trying to find a gym and get a discount since we will all go there.
Moving day!!! I will be moving to my new hotel! It's crowded and seems disorganized here, but I'm sure the staff has it under control. I cannot wait for a hotel on the beach, a pool on the roof and an actual weight room!! Wooooo
