tempestsong has a pretty powerful lightning outlier that makes it hard for him to do much at times and starscream and skyfire both tried to figure out what was wrong with it and how to help . this is all to say that thundercracker in this au also has an electricity outlier (though more manageable) and sometimes he'll babysit tempestsong and use his outlier to calm tempest's . baby bird on uncle bird's chest. see the vision
