Mac Conner: An Original "Mad Man"
Although not a household name, McCauley “Mac” Conner was one of the most influential advertising and magazine illustrators of the 1950s and 1960s. Conner, considered one of the original "Mad Men," created work for clients "United Airlines, General Motors and Greyhound Lines."1
Fast Company's Co.Create blog reports Conner's first retrospective, "Mac Conner: A New York Life" is running now through January 19, 2015 at the Museum of the City of New York.
