Are there times where 'Kenzie just wants away from his vampire family? Not cutting off communication with them, but just, getting away from whatever problems arise- whether it's within the coven itself, or problems due to outside forces? When he turned Ella, did he flip out because first-time sire, or did he go the "What would Tahno do" route?
'Kenzie is always a bundle of joy to headcanon.
"You're like his shadow." The white cheek of the pale streetwalker bunched at the bone; compressed by the splintering wood of the door frame. Mackenzie Moore gave a fragile start, freckled shoulders tensing at the unexpected sight and sound. Goose flashed the other man an apologetic expression, nickel eyes shining in the shadows of the vacant hallway.
"S...orry," the hoarse murmurer added, his lips upturning a little more obviously than before. "It just...came to me. Seeing you on the bed, there. Have you got up to..." There was a vague motion of pale fingers before Goose drummed them on the door, popping a sharp sound with his lips; followed by a slurp. "You know." Slurrrrp.
"...no," Kenzie replied forcefully, brows furrowing as he reached for the fresh shirt Ray had laid out for him, fingers fumbling with the cloth. Wriggling into the fabric, the freshly-turned vampire yanked the shirt into place and turned to better face Goose, pale eyes narrowed with uncertainty. "What did you mean, though--his shadow?"
"...you're always in the dark?" Goose replied wryly. Kenzie had to crack an exasperated smile, snorting and ducking his head. "Maybe he's your shadow. Following you." Mackenzie's laughter ebbed, and he glanced up at the wan waif in the murky darkness, suddenly uneasy again.
"...He's tall enough to be," was all Goose said--before slipping back into the pitch-black hallway, where nothing waited to greet them both in the cool, quiet night.

Today has been quite the day, full of asshole customers and my father's racism. I am so tired of trying to get him to realized that he's being not only rude, but privileged and racist when he refuses to try to pronounce someone's name correctly.
I'm going to settle in and work on WCW charcter profiles. How are people?
Hoku and Xander have been best friends for forever- granted, Xander hasn't always been around due to his parents' profession. However, has there ever been a point where their relationship has been strained? What would it take for either of them to break off their friendship? If Mackenzie ever had the chance to be human again, if only for a few hours or an entire day, would he take it? Why or why not? What are the qualities he admires most in his sire and his siblings?
Mackenzie would probably never again become a human. He sees himself as acceptable only because he’s completely unnatural. When he was a human, he had a lot of Christian guilt and self-hate because of his interest in men, his violence, and his heritage. Now that he’s a vampire, however, he can accept all things that were once viewed as ‘strange’ or ‘unnatural’ about his human life, because he’s the walking dead. Can’t get any weirder than that, right?
He admires Tahno’s perseverance, Lyron’s collectedness, Quinn’s intelligence, Jamie’s outgoing nature and strength, Elisa’s enthusiasm, and Dom’s inquisitiveness.
