He was laughing as she spun around and stepped up on the bar, just out of reach with her arms raised and her posturing on-point.

and scene?
And scene! Thank you for playing with meeee~! I was not expecting these two to get along -at all-, but stranger things have happened. Clara now has a contact in the various black markets, if she ever has need of such a person, and Cavan will forever think of her as 'the bean counting pip' which is about as close as he ever gets to giving an honest compliment.

WELL THEN. I shall add her to my list of characters to develop! (The actress is Estella Daniels, by the way, just for reference.) I've also got my Quvenzhane Wallis idea to work on, too. Perhaps I can work out something for both of them. Jengu and little changeling child.
What are Woody's thoughts on black magic? Has the thought of dabbling in it/learning about it ever crossed his mind? What does Clara like most about herself? What does she like the least? Has she ever wanted to be someone else entirely?
Woody has no real opinion on the subject of black magic. It makes him uncomfortable, more than anything. He doesn’t use it, but it has crossed his mind, especially when he was first learning the different kinds of magic that exist. However, whenever he tried to use black magic, it felt wrong and it never worked quite as well as he would have liked. Beyond reading about it, Woody likes to stay away from the art now. He looks at it as a matter of personal opinion, to be honest.
Clara likes how she looks. I mean this in the most vain way possible. From a very young age it was drilled into her head that she is pretty and that continuing to be pretty is how she would get by in life. She would dress and act properly, she would look the part of a perfect bride and she would then become said bride, and be a lovely trophy wife. This, of course, didn’t sit right with the witch and she has since pulled away, very aggressively, from the image of what they wanted her to be. However, even now that she lives an entirely different life, the lessons still sit in the back of her mind and, no matter how much she tries to rebel, she finds herself sitting in front of the mirror and fixing herself until she doesn’t worry anymore because deep down she still believes that at the end of the day people would rather look at her than see what she has to offer. This, of course, leads to what she dislikes most about herself. Clara is very self-conscious. She tries not to be, but of course that doesn’t work. You don’t just tell yourself “You’re amazing and everyone loves you” and expect to believe yourself. She strives for perfection, but she knows she can never reach it, so she doesn’t even try most times. She would rather choose to be mediocre than try and fail. She hates that.
Clara has, at times, daydreamed about being someone else, with an entirely different life and personality, but she doesn’t think she would really like to be someone else if she actually got to choose. Sure, her life has had its ups and downs and she’s still struggling with some stuff, but who isn’t? If she got to be someone else, she would just have to adjust to whatever problems presented themselves in that life. She’d rather stick with what she knows, at least in this life she has a few friends she can depend on, and some people aren’t that lucky.

Today has been quite the day, full of asshole customers and my father's racism. I am so tired of trying to get him to realized that he's being not only rude, but privileged and racist when he refuses to try to pronounce someone's name correctly.
I'm going to settle in and work on WCW charcter profiles. How are people?
