ALRIGHT SO: Before ANY of that constant stuff happened, Waylon was a lawyer in Chicago who worked closely with the mafia, defending criminals and ALSO running scams on the side.- He always had a very good reputation and was known for being overly charming so he always knew how to get away with the consequences- …until he got caught lmao so after he was sent to prison, Maxwell then appeared out of the blue and offered him A DEAL. Soooo he disappears from prison but got sent to the constant and THATS when the reaaal disasters began!
lil FUNFACT: He boasts to the other survivors that he used to be a lawyer, but refuses to mention his arrest, mostly because it’s wayyy too embarrassing for him :'D
