I'm going to start a series of seemingly unfinished notes. Looking back at pictures of some of my notes it looks like I didn't quite get to the end but I actually just tend to mis-title my stuff or circle important pieces of information rather than the answer. In the first picture I was meant to state that x can be replaced by 2x or 3x etc and in the second picture my answer is k=4.

This Power Series, f(x) = e^x, is a Maclaurin Series (centered at zero). I only had the time, space, and patience to approximate to a 3rd degree polynomial. Talking about patience, atleast e^x is easy to differentiate to the nth derivative... Glad it wasn't arccsc(x) or something stupid approximated to the 5th or 6th derivative. #InfiniteSeries #calculus #taylorapproximation #Maclaurin #series #studying #mathematics #exams
