sO the other day i called my sister a mad oracle because she claimed her random nonsense turns out to be good advice more often than not,

and she took off with this and interpreted it as a character based on DC’s Oracle, except a trickster figure whose computer hacking exploits are for the sake of pure chaos.

and I was like, “...did you just propose a fusion character of Barbara Gordon and the Joker?”

well, she had now.

so yeah, the Mad Oracle is a neutral-aligned nb black-hat hacker with brown hair.
