Her mind is still spinning around its axis, around and around, making her knees wobble and shake. It's too much for her to take in, too much all at once -- this facility..... being stuck here..... connected to a stranger.... whatever that really means (it sounds too much like a horror story already if you ask her). It freaks her out, makes her insides churn. She's already anxious enough on her own but when you add all this..... she's nothing but a ball of frazzled nerves.

It's not an ideal state! It is not!

Fingers feel for the solid wall beside her. Oh god..... what is she going to do.... What can she do? She doesn't even know how she got here.... doesn't know why.... plus, have you looked at her?? Four feet, 10 inches of bone and skin. One look and you can tell how delicate she is (although she has been training her body recently!!). So..... even if she tried to fight her way out of here, what could she really do? WHAT??? Hangs her head, reprimanding herself for not taking judo when she had the chance.

She slips through the hall, nervous beads of sweat dripping down her forehead. She's watching the shadows, the corners with unease, expecting big foot to pop out and drag her back to his lair (you never know!! it could happen!!!). She shudders and walks faster, bouncing from one side of the hall to the other, hoping that maybe this is enough to distract anything that might be waiting for her.... or following her! With a dramatic turn of her head, she peers down the dark hall 

expecting, knowing there was something there....
