I saw it on Saturday!! I hadn’t actually seen the trailers going into it, so I didn’t have any idea what to expect, but I really liked it, despite being INCREDIBLY tense throughout most of it. Jake Gyllenhaal was incredible.

I was so excited for it as soon as I read what it was about and the trailer looked amazing. I love tense films where you're, like, waiting for someone to die at any minute. (I also really love the sound of gunfire and explosions in films for some reason; I'm pretty sure that's half the reason I enjoyed Fury.) I was going to go see it as soon as it came out but I went to a friend's house for the weekend.

I read that Jake Gyllenhaal got really into his character and lost a ton of weight, too. This is an interesting interview.

I could be wrong, but I actually think the writers had them screw up on purpose because the body is going to be found and at least some of them will have to stand trial and do what they’ve been doing in class for real. (I agree about Connor though.)

That's probably true. I just can't not complain about it.

haven’t seen transparent, but you should DEFINITELY watch how to get away with murder (it’s really good and seems like you’d enjoy it)

I'm considering it. I actually just asked a friend (hi, Mia!) if it's terribly unrealistic (like Castle, CSI, Law & Order SVU, etc.) because—as someone who wants to go into law enforcement—those kinds of shows drive me nuts.

I think it’s because they look like they’re saved as “diffusion” on ps, try “pattern” instead (see here media.tumblr.com/8a879a2…)
