8 hour yaoi drawing sesh on da plane
Secret Date on Alpha Centauri
I started this on Feb 16 as a sketch for @and-his-hands-were-24-crows birthday, and finally got around to finishing and rendering it! Crows wanted a secret date between Supreme Archangel Aziraphale and Duke of Hell Crowley.
I used DT’s Bafta outfits from ’24 and ’25 for Crowley, and a British king’s royal outfit for Aziraphale, and decided to put the secret date out in space where they first met. The linking crowns is a symbol of their bond.
The biggest challenge for me was their wings. I also ended up recoloring it halfway through to match a new art style that I think I’ll be staying with.
The whole thing took 38 hours and 15 minutes. I’m pretty proud of how it came out 🙂

I make a page for each month, and here is June.
A bit crowded but I spent a good chunk of time on it (most of it being a full afternoon watching Season 2 in the background)
It's watercolours and colour pencils with gold and white gel pens for the details.

OK SO OBVI, ALPHA CENTAURI, A, C, AZIRAPHALE+CROWLEY, THE'RE TWO STARS THAT WERE THOUGHT TO BE 1 BY SCIENTISTS FOR A LONG TIME BECAUSE OF HOW CLOSE TOGETHER THEY ARE AND AZIRAPHALE AND CROWLEY USED TO BE ONE CHARACTER BUT WERE THEN SPLIT IN TWO AND ARE LITERAL SOULMATES, BUT WAIT! THERES MORE!!!!
Alpha Centauri A is a class G star, which means that they shine YELLOW to WHITE YELLOW
and Alpha Centauri B is a class K star which means that it is one of the second dimmest classes of stars (the dimmest being brown dwarfs) and they shine YELLOW ORANGE to ORANGE
you can't tell me this was unintentional. you just can't, it's so PERFECT.
