This is a slow clap for Mr. Zack Davenport, who pulled this project out of the cold case files, like, a year after we said we were going to do it. The concept was that Zack, Michael Yap, and I researched the differences in regional BBQ and had Chris McKee recreate all of the dishes for what ended up being a big banging BBQ party in Seattle.
Zack did all of the beautiful design work and I supported content/research and took all of the food photography. Guys, I once did food photography and it turned out alright!
