I do occasionally pick up the dusty ass need to write so I could in the future write for anime and/or game series..
I also love to listen to game/anime/movie OST'S and in general music produced for these things, other than that I'm open to most genre's granted I don't listen to it all too much cause it lowkey overwhelms my brain.

NOT a fan of AU! stuff or crossovers unless it's crack-fics, though I won't ever bash someone for liking them, I just won't engage.
I typically focus on OC or x reader inserts cause that just catches my attention, I'm also most likely to write for x reader, OC.
