I just realized running purges all the negative, angry, frustrated emotions from my mind. This is how the purge looks- I begin the run - hopeful.. if I’m lucky, I feel energized. But somewhere between the middle and the end- my thoughts spiral. I want revenge, I feel anger or frustrated at all my failings... I forgot to stretch.. of my diet is the worst which is why I’m a terrible person. You get the point. And the angrier I get/ the faster I go. Until the end.
