Smart, resourceful and able to travel long distances without suffering harm to their bond, they are the consummate survivor. Ravens in particular are granted a sense of gravitas by the stereotypes assigned to them - often, they are considered omens of ill fortune or even death, and this can pass on to their human.

Nevertheless, they are engaging and effusive, and within moments of stepping into a room they can have all occupants charmed.
