This might be a boring answer, but I think that for the most part, they’d be exactly the same. They might be Paris’ “lackeys” in a sense, but it’s not really in a stereotypical way - they have their own identities, and aren’t eagerly seeking her validation. If there wasn’t a Paris-like candidate to fill her spot, then I imagine they’d just make worse grades and get into slightly more trouble. But if there’s anything I know about “girl world”, it’s that somehow - every position within its social hierarchy is always filled by someone.

I imagine Paris, Madeline and Louise all grew up together. Like play dates since they were little kids.
The two are so different than Paris but they are clearly loyal friends. They tease each other but in a friend sort of way, never really mean. They automatically try to include her in prom planning. They are excited for her when she gets a date.
They are clearly very popular girls but always hang out with Paris. And they are understanding with her stress and don’t take her comments to heart.
I wish we got more of them in college.
