A pedestrian was killed after being struck by a big rig Friday morning. The crash happened on Northbound Highway 99 at Avenue 23 1/2 -- north of Highway 152.
A big event for Children's Hospital Central California is now underway after kicking off just minutes ago.
Northbound Highway 99 was closed early Wednesday morning due to an overturned big rig. All lanes of Highway 99 have since re-opened.
