"I'm sure it'll be alright," Madison said as she plopped down on the edge of the bed, not sure whether she was trying to convince them or herself. But they managed to check into their shared room without too much drama so, hey, she could do this for a week, right? Right? She could pretend they were still the madly-in-love, almost-engaged couple they were, and everything would be just fine.
