So, after almost a year and a half of attempting to contact Capolla about my outstanding, paid, and undelivered orders, I GOT A FUCKING RESPONSE. Sorry but the foul language is appropriate in this situation, I can quite assure you. Long story short, apparently all my emailing attempts were marked as junk mail in their inbox.... Strange how emails that are on their pre-order and newsletter lists are also considered junk email accounts, right? Or the fact I contacted them endless times through their website inquiry forms but WHATEVER, moving on... They apologized and asked that I respond with my new address (I emailed them one last time like a month ago because I was, and have, moved) and yeah. I'm suffering from a pretty bad sinus infection right now but seeing that email this morning really sparked me back to life. Getting my items I've paid for would certainly end the issue at point, but there's still a very angry side of me that wants more. A side that has been burning for so long it's a crispy black piece of my heart and would NEVER recommend Capolla or their items to anyone else. But I'll have to handle that side at a later date, for now I just want what I've paid for and waited over a year to get already... P.S. I'm alive, hope to be back soon but my laptop is on the edge of death and I can't get a proper desktop computer for a while yet;;; But I do have a dog finally! I'm not lonely at home anymore~
