Rambling about themes I wanna include lol

One of the biggest themes in THT is isolation vs socialization as it connects to personal growth. Part of becoming a whole person and discovering who you truly are is your interactions with other people. Your community and your role in it shapes part of yourself. If you hide away from the world, only serving your own needs, nobody will know who you really are. Getting along with others is part of what makes us human.

Every magical girl introduced (I’ve got more) copes with some sort of loneliness. Kids nowadays suffer from a lack of third spaces and miss out on important connections. I want to combine the unique loneliness of the modern adolescent with that timeless sense of needing to fit it, burying the true, unabashed self.
