alice is not a woman that needed to be asked twice . she’s not even sure what’s going on with elise , but it’s clear that the other was going through something ( she’s sure she’d find out what it was later ; right now , it wasn’t important ) . ‘ i’ve got you , ’ she whispers , crawling onto the bed and pulling elise into her , rocking her back and forth . fingers find light hair , and alice shushes her , giving the woman as much comfort as she could muster .
