Zidane’s premonition

(This interview is soo good but it’s long and I’m lazy today. So I’ll just translate the best part for me which is about Zidane and Luka’s relationship)

“There was no specific moment when I told myself: I can win it. When I thought about the individual awards I had won this year and particularly after I saw the  final 30 nominee’s list I began to believe. But there’s something I’ll never forget. When Zidane arrived to be Real Madrid’s manager in January 2016 he called me up to his office one day, after training. He told me about how he saw me as a player and what he expected of me. He told me I was a very important player for him and, more importantly, that he saw me as someone who could win the Ballon d’Or one day. When someone like Zidane, with his personality and his history, tells you that, you really get a confidence boost. I admired and respected him enormously as a player. He saw me as someone a little like himself, quiet and bit shy. He hoped I could express myself more on the pitch, that I would open up. He needed me to be a central piece for the team, in a time when we were playing really great football. These words from Zidane helped me develop further in my game. But despite these words, I didn’t dare believe them.”

Hes actually not as young as he acts, being old enough for his profession as a lil music man at the big grownup sips establishments

Jazz all day every day he has a thing for music he can slow dance to

He's a night owl; up all night to have fun asleep all day because he lost his shades and the sun is too bright

He honestly makes a godawful Spider-Man. "Look! It's (enemy)! " He don't care hes dropping some new beats

Hes a cuddlebug! He finds that hes the perfect size for cuddling and gosh darnit if he's not taking advantage of that

If he can't defeat it by being small and soft it's not worth his time. It's very rare for him to take his job seriously and when he does you better watch out cause it means he's grumpy (probably fell off the counter)

He wants a dress? He'll buy a dress. He wants a suit? He'll buy a suit. He don't care about ur stereotypes he makes his own choices and he looks good most of the time

Headphones everywhere. "Hey Spiderman- look out! Oh god, he can't hear us he has headphones on, oh no-"

Soft hair. Pet the hair. He'll like you for the rest of your life no matter what
